PIP sources these opportunities using: (a) its own equity, (b) joint venture partnerships, or (c) third party capital, with debt financing provided from its extensive lender relationships at both the national and local levels.

PIP seeks well located, transit-oriented, high barrier to entry sites for its development and redevelopment projects. Additionally, it will explore the acquisition of existing buildings with current income as well as sites that are poised to experience near-term growth, positioning them to be first movers for redevelopment as the market evolves.
